Description
ERC work with advertisers, website publishers, and users of clients
products, helping them meet their goals by providing excellent customer
service via phone, email, or chat. Additionally, you may be responsible
for synthesizing and communicating product feedback to product management
and engineering teams leading to continuous improvements of our products.
SERVICES INCLUDES:
Provide excellent customer service advertisers, publishers, and/or users.
Assist customers with inquiries by phone, email and/or live chat.
Proactively and creatively identify and solve customer/client problems.
Interpret customer feedback, monitor customer satisfaction and drive
programs to improve.
Collaborate with specialists, engineering and product teams on new feature
development.
Manage analytical or special projects to improve efficiency or growth of
the business.
Review ads or publisher websites to ensure compliance with program
policies.
EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work
quickly.
Very comfortable with navigating and using the Internet.
Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
Customer or client service experience a plus.
Basic HTML and JavaScript skills a plus.
